JB Towers have designed a full set of steel stairs for the redevelopment of a Hotel in Scotland. Nine stairs, both front of house and escape stairs have been done.

We have calculated all the structural design of the stringers and balustrades according to the BS5950, utilizing STAAD software for the analysis. In the required cases the foundation has also been designed. Each stair has been 3D modelled to make sure everything fits perfectly and to complete all the manufacturing drawings from the stringers and treads to the handrails and balustrades.
